Pool Rules

Deerwood Knoll Horizontal Property Regime is not responsible for individuals using the pool facility.

Use of the pool is at the swimmers’ own risk. 

The pool is for the exclusive use of Deerwood Knoll residents and their guests. 

Call 9-1-1 for any emergencies, to report trespassing or theft.

DHEC Regulations

The following are DHEC Regulations; violations of these regulations could result in the closing of the pool for the season and a $100 fine plus repair costs. No further warning will be given for these violations.

• Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.

• Pets are strictly prohibited.

• The floating lifeline must remain in the pool. If you are swimming laps, be sure to replace it before you leave.

• The life preserver must remain on the fence at all times. It is not to be used as a pool toy.

Additional Rules

• The pool opens and closes at the discretion of the Board, typically by Memorial Day and closing after Labor Day.

• Pool parties are strictly prohibited.

• A maximum of three guests are permitted with the owner/tenant who must be present with their guests at all times.

• A new pool code will be emailed to all owners at the beginning of each pool season. Owners may only share the gate code with their trusted tenants.

• The pool closes at 8 p.m.

• No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult.

• Pool gate must remain closed and locked at all times.

• Please help us keep the pool area clean by disposing of trash in the receptacles provided.

• Please keep the volume of music at a reasonable level.

• Proper bathing attire is required for all swimmers.
